Conversely, it gives resistance to Sunavalon, Sunvine Spell and Trap on the field, but this card itself is weak with 0 attack and defense, and it is painful not to respond to monster effects.
A card with a lot of holes. I would like to differentiate by race.
Since it is a deck with various fragile points, I think the value itself is by no means low.

The opponent's effect that targets his Plant that was Special Summoned from the EX Deck is Special Summoned from the hand and negates him, and as long as it exists on the field, his Sunavalon / Sunvine Spell Trap is the target of the effect. A monster with an effect that makes it impossible.
Protect Special Summoned plants from the EX Deck with a hand triggered counter card. In a sense, he is invincible in battle, but he is weak against effects, so it can be said that he is an effect that protects Sunavalon. Special Summon will protect you, so be careful that you can't use it if the field is full or there is a Special Summon seal.
Once in play, he protects Sunavalon and Sunvine from his Spell Trap, but is weak in combat and has no resistances, so can't be expected to keep up. Since it only seals the target, it's powerless against things like feather brooms, so this should be regarded as a bonus effect.
It's powerless against effects that don't target, but it's worth having it as an insurance policy because it can prevent Sunavalon from being burned and annihilated by effects that target it.

Comprehensive evaluation: Although it is a defense card, the conditions are strict and the priority is low.
It is narrowly limited to only "effects that target plants that come out of the EX Deck", and it is also hindered by effects that seal Special Summons.
Even with Special Summon, the attack and defense is 0, and it is difficult to use with monsters that have effects that change the attack target, so even if you negate, it will be difficult to outrun the next attack.
It also has the effect of protecting Sunavalon, Sunvine Spell and Trap cards, but it is not very useful because it is easily destroyed in battle.
